Unit Rules & Regulations

All members of the 5th SFG (Airborne) MilSim are expected to uphold the following standards at all times.

Failure to follow these rules may result in disciplinary action, removal from the unit, or permanent ban.

1. General Conduct

• Respect all members, regardless of rank or role.

• Racism, harassment, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

• Maintain maturity and professionalism in operations and on this forum.

2. Chain of Command

• Follow orders from your leadership at all times during training and missions.

• Issues with leadership should be reported through proper channels (not public chat).

• Respect the rank structure; address others appropriately.

3. Attendance & Activity

• Mandatory Operations: Every Saturday @ 2100 EST (9 PM EST)

• Members must attend at least one additional training day per week.

• If you cannot attend, submit a Leave of Absence (LOA) request.

• Repeated unexcused absences will result in removal from the roster.

4. Communication Standards

• Use in-game comms and radio procedure as directed in training.

• Forum is the primary platform for all official communication.

• Discord is required only for onboarding & support tickets

5. In-Game Rules

• No teamkilling, griefing, or intentional disruption of operations.

• Mods and custom content must be installed and updated before operations.

• Use your assigned role and equipment — do not freeload or self-assign.

6. Disciplinary Actions

• First Offense: Verbal/Written Warning

• Second Offense: Temporary Suspension

• Third Offense: Removal from Unit

• Severe violations (cheating, harassment, disrespect to leadership) may result in immediate removal
